If you are planning on participating in any activities or sports the following items must be turned into Jean Thousand before your first practice, then a Purple Card will be issued
1. WIAA Physical or Alternate Year card
2. Athletic/Activities Fee(s) paid
3. Code of Conduct Meeting or Video with sign off
4. Code of Conduct Form
Code of Conduct
Each year, a parent/guardian & students involved in a co-curricular activity or sport are required to view the Co-Curricular Video. After watching the video please complete the agreement via the Code Video Signoff Form.
Co-op Sport many have other requires for their school.
Impact testing will be done before each sport. The Barneveld’s Athletic Trainer administers the Impact Test

Barneveld Booster Club
The Barneveld Booster Club in a parent/volunteer-run organization, which provides support to our local students.

Meetings are held the 1 st Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM in the Library.
