Athletic Trainer Information
In partnership with Upland Hills Health, Barneveld High School has contracted athletic training coverage as a health and safety service for all student-athletes.

If you are planning on participating in any activities or sports the following items must be turned into the office before your first practice, then a Purple Card will be issued
- WIAA Physical or Alternate Year card
- Athletic/Activities Fee(s) paid
- Co-Curricular Code of Conduct Video including Acknowledgement
- Code of Conduct/Concussion Contract
Code of Conduct
Each year students participating in a co-curricular activity or sport (and their parent/guardian) is required to view and electronically sign the Co-Curricular Code of Conduct Video including Acknowledgement.
Co-op Sports many have other requirements for their school.
Impact testing will be done before each sport. The Barneveld’s Athletic Trainer administers the Impact Test

Barneveld Booster Club
The Barneveld Booster Club in a parent/volunteer-run organization, which provides support to our local students.
