4K Screening
Barneveld School District is hosting their annual screening for incoming 4K students for the 2026-27 school year.

Inclement weather date: April 29, 2026
4K classes meet four days a week for a half day session in the morning or afternoon. Transportation is provided within the district.
Who should attend screening?
Students who will be 4 years old by September 1, 2026.
Students who will be eligible to attend 5-year-old kindergarten in the fall of 2026 who did not attend 4-year-old kindergarten this year.
Students who will be 3 years old by September 1, 2026 and may have developmental concerns (i.e., speech and language, social/behavioral, fine motor, gross motor).
All students who reside within the district are eligible for this program. If you reside outside the district and are interested in open enrollment, we encourage you to attend your resident district screening. Please see the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction website for more details.
