In between jobs in the community, Building Trades student's were paired up and asked to tackle an indoor hands-on activity. They were given a blueprint and were expected to layout 3 separate walls. Students then built the walls and brought them together to mock a section of a house. Plywood was placed on the walls and then wrapped in Tyvek. Each group had to calculate how much siding to order and then had the opportunity to install vinyl siding on their own "house". This is a great, real life project. Great opportunity for our students! #BeBarneveld
