Congratulations to our Barneveld High School Forensics and Drama programs on their award winning seasons! We are blessed to have so many students in our program and they each won the top award at their respective WISDAA State festivals this year. We are all very proud of your work and special sendoff to our graduating seniors!
We celebrated our last Student of the Month Luncheon for the month of April and May. We honored these students with pizza, sweets, juice boxes, and prizes. Teachers nominate students each month for their positive behavior and success in the classroom. Keep up the great work!

The staff had fun with an underground spirit week. They had secret theme days and waited to see if any students were able to pick up on the theme. The theme days included; favorite sports team, monochromatic, crowns, drink from anything but a cup, and Barneveld day. The staff may have had as much fun as the students with the underground spirit week.

Do you have the passion to bring a playwright’s script to life on a stage? Barneveld High School is looking for a director for our Fall-One Act plays and our Fall Drama Production, which rotate years. If your passion is a musical, we would be open to that opportunity as well. You will have the opportunity to work with talented, highly motivated actors and actresses. Last year the One Act production earned Critic's Choice (top state award), Outstanding Ensemble, and Outstanding Technical Theatre.
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to
-Hold auditions to select the acting cast members.
-Direct rehearsals and final performances
-Design and acquire costumes and set
-Collaborate and cast the technical crew, which may consist of lighting and sound
