Thank you to the Barneveld Lutheran Church for the generous contribution of over $400.00 to our Eagle's Nest Account. The BLC has committed to give away 10% of everything they fundraise and is able to donate a check to the school for $437.03. These funds will go towards lunch accounts that have a negative balance. Thank you again, BLC!

Donations for our Fine Arts Department are doing well and have totaled $2800 to date. Our goal is to raise $10,000 by the end of the school year. So far, we have been able to purchase the mixer, portable keyboard, and amplifier. The electrical upgrades in the lower gym have also been donated. We will have donation buckets available at our upcoming Winter Concerts on Tuesday, December 12 for those who would like to donate toward our remaining wishlist items. Kindergarten through Grade 2 is at 5:30 pm and Middle and High School are at 7:00 pm. Both concerts will take place in the lower gym.

Our November Student of the Month Luncheon was celebrated yesterday. We honored these students with pizza, sweets, and juice boxes. Teachers nominate students each month for their positive behavior and success in the classroom. Keep up the great work!

Astronomy students constructed electrical circuits to help them understand how remote satellites operate, while Ecology students completed a laboratory activity about ice as part of their work in Arctic science.
