
Autumn has been in our Youth Apprentice program for both her junior and senior year. She earned her CNA as a Junior and now works as a Nursing Assistant at Ingleside Living Communities in Mount Horeb. She plans to attend Madison College next fall for Nursing.


February is CTE Month and we are highlighting our Seniors who are involved in the Youth Apprentice Program.
Connell has been a Youth Apprentice during his senior year, working with Cedar Direct in Ridgeway and Hoffman Electric in Mineral Point. He has also been part of the CESA3 Construction Academy. He plans to pursue an Electrical Apprentice Program when he finishes high school.


Congratulations to Mr. Gabel's class on winning the 4th Grade Recorder Race!
4th grade students worked hard in music class over the last few months earning belts in recorder karate. The class that earns the most belts is rewarded with a party in music class and gets to display the recorder race trophy in their classroom. Congratulations to all 4th graders on their accomplishments on recorder!





Kelly has been in the Youth Apprentice Program for two years. She works with children in the gymnastics programs at Gymfinity in Madison. She is not going to continue in education but instead has found a passion for Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement through several ride alongs this year. She plans to pursue a career in Criminal Justice and will be attending Western Wisconsin Technical College in LaCrosse in the Fall.


Madeline has been a Youth Apprentice for the last two years. She earned her CNA as a Junior and works as a Nursing Assistant at Ingleside Living Communities in Mount Horeb. She plans to attend Madison College to pursue a degree in Radiology.


The 5th grade students recently celebrated their DARE graduation. A DARE graduation ceremony is a celebration for students who complete the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program. The program is a school-based drug prevention program that teaches students how to resist peer pressure and avoid drugs.


Lawn Care BIDS for 2025 are due March 11th at 4 pm.

Thank you to our Sources of Strength Peer Leaders for hosting our recent "We Love our Mentors" Assembly. Students and Staff competed in Minute to Win it games during this event.


We celebrated our Student of the Month Luncheon for the month of January. We honored these students with pizza, sweets, juice boxes, and prizes. Teachers nominate students each month for their positive behavior and success in the classroom. Keep up the great work!
